JB Lazzarini

Lazzarini's well-constructed paintings translate his optimistic outlook on life as well as the richness of regional Brazilian culture and customs adorned by harmonious natural landscapes and architecture. The artist's style is very diverse ? from geometric shapes reminiscent of Pop Art, which depict bucolic settings with virtuous harmony in his selection of colors and figurative composition to his Optical Art series, which reflect his perspective on the "world of illusions", to his dexterous control over lines and forms, use of strong and contrasting colors, manipulating Constructivism with grace and elegance to express his conscious maturity and positive views on various issues. Additionally, Lazzarini's outstanding talents have successfully crossed over to his work as a stage and graphic designer.
